Our Mission
To deliver construction, security, real estate and supply chain services to a standard that protects our client's capital, reputation and continuity of operations — and to do it through people we train, supervise and pay properly.

A general contracting company in the broadest sense — building the assets, securing the premises, developing the property and sourcing the goods that keep the whole operation running.
Erike Power Global Limited was formed around a frustration shared by every Nigerian developer and contractor we had worked alongside: too many vendors, too little accountability, and nobody willing to own the outcome.
So we built the company differently. Instead of a small contracting outfit that subcontracts everything, we built divisions — construction, security, real estate and supply chain — that operate independently but report into one management structure. When a client's needs span more than one discipline, the coordination happens inside our company rather than across a contract boundary.
That approach is now the reason our clients stay with us after the first project. They do not need to find a new guarding contractor, a new importer and a new finishing specialist when the next phase begins. They call one number.
To deliver construction, security, real estate and supply chain services to a standard that protects our client's capital, reputation and continuity of operations — and to do it through people we train, supervise and pay properly.
To be the reference general contractor in the South-East and beyond for clients who want a single partner able to build, protect and supply their operations without the usual chain of intermediaries.
What we commit to is what we deliver. If a programme slips or a specification cannot be met, you hear it from us first, with the recovery plan attached — not after the escalation.
Values are only useful when they change behaviour. These four do.
Transparent pricing, honest reporting and no invented variations. Our documentation reflects what actually happened on site, not what would look best in a file.
Nobody is sent to a site without training, PPE and a method statement. Stopping work for an unsafe condition is encouraged and never punished.
We would rather refuse a scope than build something we would be ashamed to sign for. Details that nobody sees still get done properly.
We behave as if we will still be on your site next year — because our best work comes from clients who keep coming back.
Specialist leadership for a multi-disciplinary company — each leader owns their domain and reports into the same executive oversight.
Owns company strategy, client relationships, corporate governance and the commercial terms under which the business commits to delivery.
Leads estimating, design review, method statements, programme control and the technical quality of every construction package we deliver.
Runs the guarding, control room and mobile response divisions — deployment planning, officer vetting, supervision and incident escalation.
Manages sourcing, freight, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution and the development pipeline from land due diligence to handover.
A contractor's quality regime is only visible when something goes wrong, or when an auditor asks to see the paperwork. We keep both in order.
Every site gets its own documented risk assessment and method statement before mobilisation.
Material and workmanship inspections are scheduled, witnessed and recorded with results attached.
Measured valuations, photographic records and a dated programme issued on a fixed monthly rhythm.
As-built drawings, warranties, certifications and a signed defect list at practical completion.
